TCAD Engineer – IC Resources
Join our client’s imaging division as a TCAD Simulation Engineer, performing TCAD simulation and analysis focused on pixel/SPAD-level performance.
Requirements- Experience with Synopsys Sentaurus
- Solid understanding of semiconductor physics
- Scripting or programming ability
- Knowledge of image sensors or pixel design
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
