We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh, UK. In this role, you will support new product introductions of high-performance mixed-signal audio products within a multi-functional development team. Your responsibilities will include driving yield optimizations, cost reductions, and quality improvements, collaborating with internal engineering teams. This position offers excellent development opportunities and the chance to work on innovative products.

• Drive yield and test time improvements; manage NPI ramp to production; collaborate with the Quality team on reliability qualifications.
• Analyze and report characterization data for external customers.
• Provide product support for customer returns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Bring up new production silicon or new technology nodes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong background in statistics applicable to product engineering; experience with analysis tools like Spotfire, JMP, SAS, or data Conductor.
• Experience in DPM reduction through statistical analysis and test coverage reviews.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities.

• Experience with analog circuits, SCAN, BIST, flash memory.
• Knowledge of ESD, Latchup, HTOL, HAST, and Failure Analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
• Experience with Teradyne IG-XL tester platform.
• Experience qualifying 55nm and smaller process nodes.
• Fab/Process experience in correlating test yield issues with fab parameters and trends.

This position is based in Edinburgh. It is a hybrid remote role with a 2+ day in-office schedule, based on business needs and team preferences. Applicants must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate prior to employment.
