Associate Commissioning Owners Representative – Data Centres (Finland)

Arcadis – Leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural & built assets.

The role will be responsible for the Project Management of the Commissioning process from project commencement to close‑out, coordinating stakeholders, general contractors, commissioning agents, architects & engineering consultants across multiple projects.

You can be based 100% in Finland or fulfil significant international travel.

Include but not limited to

• Review the design at key stages and comment on its suitability for commissioning
• Attend design page turns at key stages
• Review specification commissioning clauses and support drafting

• Review tenders and trade packages before issue to ensure suitable commissioning support
• Review fee proposals and trade contractor tender returns to ensure compliance with commissioning requirements

• Attend Quality Kick Off, Daily Startup, Weekly Quality, and Progress meetings
• Lead site quality induction and observe/audit delivery
• Attend operation coordination and design review meetings and other coordinator level meetings

• Generate commissioning dashboard capturing stats, metrics, and quality events
• Provide commissioning progress data for Monthly DC Stat Report
• Transfer lessons learned between sites

• In‑depth understanding of large‑scale technical projects and construction techniques
• Ability to manage technical disciplines
• Experience with Data Centre new‑build and refurbishment projects, especially hyperscale builds
• Commitment to significant international travel
