We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering teams in delivering custom test system solutions for the Aerospace & Defense sector. This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from requirements gathering through system deployment, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs.

• Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from concept through delivery and post‑delivery support.
• Lead requirement and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee product development, integration, and testing activities.
• Support proposal development, including RFQs, RFPs, and Statements of Work.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer interaction (e.g., Applications Engineering, Product Management, Product Development).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Project or Program Manager leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with RF systems and custom test solutions is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Clearance for certain projects.
