Labview Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and driven Test Design Engineer based near Edinburgh, Livingstone to help bring cutting‑edge products to life. In this role, you’ll be a key player in the design, development, and validation of test solutions—from initial concept to commercial launch. Your work will directly support the delivery of high‑quality, reliable products to global markets.

• Design, develop, and verify robust test systems using industry‑standard tools and equipment.
• Create and analyse test designs with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the full product life cycle—from concept to sustaining support.
• Maintain detailed project documentation aligned with quality and change management standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Sigma principles to enhance processes and eliminate waste.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in test design or similar engineering roles.
• Must have knowledge in LabVIEW and Test Stand.
• Hands‑on experience with automated test systems, functional and environmental testing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Sigma principles and structured design methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
