A multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, with offices spanning the UK, are seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Edinburgh on a variety of ground investigation and geotechnical design projects across the central belt. The successful Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for:

• Overseeing ground investigation projects.
• Writing factual and interpretive reports.
• Contributing to Geotechnical Design Reports and Ground Investigation reports.
• Working on site, borehole logging and trial pitting. Soil sampling and groundwater & gas monitoring may be required.
• Training more junior members.

To be successful in this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer application process you must have experience as a geotechnical engineer and be competent in Preliminary Risk Assessments and Intrusive Ground investigations. Applicants must live in or near to Edinburgh, hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel to work. A full right to work in the UK is essential.
