We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our Equity and Employment Tax team. This role focuses on hands‑on advice and strategic advisory projects that drive real value.

• Partner with clients to tackle real‑world business and people challenges.
• Deliver high‑quality employment tax advice and compliance services across a range of sectors.
• Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects that drive real value.
• Manage and grow client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to help them reach their potential.

• Proven experience as an Employment Tax Advisor.

• Exposure to Global Mobility payroll (ideal).

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Relevant qualification (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, or CTA).
