Our Banking & Finance team offers comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients across borrowers/sponsors and lenders. You ll work on transactions from £1 million to £1 billion across sectors like energy, infrastructure, transport, and real estate. Our key specialisms are energy and infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and corporate banking. Our expertise spans a number of wider areas including fund finance and derivatives.

We provide mentorship, training, and exposure to a variety of transactions and clients, including cross-border deals with international clients and law firms. You ll collaborate with colleagues and prestigious clients like HSBC, Metlife, Lloyds Banking Group, Tristan Capital, Kreos Capital, Octopus, Mobico and Beechbrook Capital.

• Relevant experience working on Banking & Finance matters
• Must be an SRA registered lawyer or a Law Society of Scotland Registered Lawyer
