• Oversee diverse M&A tax projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Provide expert tax structuring advice pre‑ and post‑transaction to ensure tax‑efficient solutions.
• Prepare technical project descriptions and high‑quality reports.
• Support strategic business development initiatives, particularly in the private equity domain.

• Proven ability in handling transactions tax at Assistant Manager or Manager level or a similar corporate tax specialisation.
• Strong client relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in people development, with a focus on inclusivity and coaching.
