AboutThe Role
The role is based in the Finance Business Partnering Team / Financial Reporting Team. You will provide comprehensive day-to-day support, preparing management accounts and associated financial reports. You will own your portfolio and ensure smooth delivery of core financial activities, gaining exposure across the University.
Responsibilities- Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
- Provide financial insight and analytical support across organisational issues.
- Manage and deliver financial project objectives.
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Part-qualified accountant qualifications.
- Analytical skills, providing financial insight beyond traditional finance.
- Excellent financial project management and time management skills.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills within management accounting and analysis.
- Results-oriented and focused on delivering on time with accuracy.
- Minimum of 41 days annual leave (includes 10 fixed bank holidays).

Salary: £37,694 - £41,064 – Grade 5 pro rata.
