Management Accountant - Full-time, Fixed Term (10 months)

The role is based in the Finance Business Partnering Team / Financial Reporting Team. You will provide comprehensive day-to-day support, preparing management accounts and associated financial reports. You will own your portfolio and ensure smooth delivery of core financial activities, gaining exposure across the University.

• Prepare management accounts and financial reports.
• Provide financial insight and analytical support across organisational issues.
• Manage and deliver financial project objectives.
• Work under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Part-qualified accountant qualifications.
• Analytical skills, providing financial insight beyond traditional finance.
• Excellent financial project management and time management skills.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical skills within management accounting and analysis.
• Results-oriented and focused on delivering on time with accuracy.

Salary: £37,694 - £41,064 – Grade 5 pro rata.
