• A relevant qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA.
• Previous experience in private client tax within the professional services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior staff members.
