Interim Renewables Accountant

Meraki Talent are exclusively engaged to support with the appointment of an Interim Renewables Accountant based in Edinburgh city centre with good hybrid working, paying a competitive daily rate.

This high‑profile renewable energy business is experiencing an exciting phase of growth, which has created the requirement for additional support, bandwidth and capacity in finance.

• Assisting with management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns
• Ensuring robust month‑end close: journal, accruals, prepayments
• Overseeing transactional finance – AP and banking

• Renewable energy business experiencing exciting phase of growth
• Highly competitive daily rate
• Flexible and hybrid working – weekly presence required in Edinburgh city centre office
• Minimum of 3‑month assignment with potential of extension if mutually agreeable

We are keen to engage with accountants that can demonstrate strong hands‑on management accounts & month‑end experience. Individuals must be able to start the assignment within the first three weeks in January – ESSENTIAL.
