Does AAB sound like a good fit for you? We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.

• Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for several AAB companies
• Ensuring invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company procedure
• Admin & processing of corporate credit card statements
• Allocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runs
• Dealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner

• Experience in a high volume environment is essential
• Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of IT & financial systems
• Experience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous
