Corporate Finance Associate Director

What you’ll do
You will deliver financial due diligence and transaction advisory assignments across a range of sectors, working directly with clients and deal stakeholders. You will manage day-to-day engagement delivery, coordinate junior team members and ensure outputs are accurate, insightful and delivered to a high standard.

You will support senior colleagues with client relationship management, proposal preparation and business development activity. As part of a lean, entrepreneurial team, you will also contribute to refining processes, improving deliverables and helping shape how the firm delivers transaction services.

What you’ll need

• Strong experience in transaction advisory or financial due diligence

• Confidence managing engagements and interacting directly with clients

• Solid technical accounting and financial analysis skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond the numbers

• Experience coaching or reviewing the work of junior team members

• Motivation to progress within a growing, entrepreneurial firm
