We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our dedicated team, ensuring payments and processes run like clockwork.

What’s it all about?

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring payments run seamlessly. You’ll be part of a collaborative Accounts Payable team, responsible for transactional processes including processing high volumes of supplier invoices and employee expenses, maintaining vendor records, conducting payment runs, request, review and reconcile supplier statements, answering queries and ad hoc tasks.

Your day will be filled with variety — from processing invoices to collaborating with colleagues and supporting our suppliers. You’ll be managing a high volume of invoices ensuring that they’re processed in a timely manner while supporting innovation across the wider team.
