Band 2 – £24,647 – £26,763 (pro rata if part‑time)
Location:
Various sites across NHS Lothian, including Edinburgh, the Lothians and West Lothian. Specify preferred location in your application.

Responsibilities include maintaining and filing patients’ confidential records, recording patient‑related data, managing admissions and booking outpatient appointments using the computerised patient management system. You will also provide reception services, answer telephones, relay messages and work flexibly.
What we’ll need you to bring- Good basic education.
- Basic understanding of office procedures.
- Proficiency with software systems.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Administrative experience.
- Experience with in a health service environment.
- Keyboard skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative (working alone).
