Senior Search Consultant | UK | Broadgate Search part of Trinnovo Group

Senior Recruitment Administrator | Edinburgh (Hybrid) 1-2 days per week in office

You’ll be supporting senior-level and experienced hire recruitment across multiple offices — helping to deliver a first-class candidate experience and smooth hiring process from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing administrative and project support for senior-level recruitment activity.
  • Assisting with sourcing and outreach to potential candidates.
  • Preparing and distributing interview packs and candidate briefing materials.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data in the HR system.
  • Producing recruitment reports and analytics in Excel.
  • Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Supporting wider recruitment and hiring initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in a high-volume administrative, operational, or coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing schedules or logistics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, or Linked In is a plus.
