About this role

As Recruitment Coordinator at Storm , you will support the full recruitment cycle for both permanent employees and contractors across our high‑performing business, technology, design and consulting teams. You will deliver an exceptional, professional and inclusive hiring experience, combining efficient processes, thoughtful candidate engagement and the smart application of technology including AI. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify and attract talent, managing candidates from application to offer and contributing to a recruitment function that supports the continued growth of our team.

What

you’ll do
  • Managing recruitment processes for permanent employees and contractors.
  • Creating engaging, inclusive job adverts and recruitment campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Sourcing candidates through Linked In, networks and targeted outreach.
  • Co‑ordinating interviews, scheduling and providing hiring manager support.
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the process, including initial screening calls.
  • Maintaining accurate, GDPR‑compliant candidate records and reporting on key recruitment metrics.
  • Using AI tools and recruitment technology to streamline processes.
  • Co‑ordinating contractor onboarding and acting as a main point of contact for contractor queries.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and staying up to date with trends.
  • Supporting social media and content activity related to talent attraction.
  • Attending recruitment events and career fairs when required.
About you

We know people arrive in recruitment through a variety of paths and we value those who bring fresh perspectives, sound judgement and a genuine interest in people. You may already be working as a recruitment co‑ordinator or resourcer, or be ready to take the next step in your career. You will have experience supporting end‑to‑end recruitment processes with a strong focus on candidate care, organisation and communication.

You will be confident using digital tools and interested in how emerging technologies can enhance efficiency and improve hiring outcomes.

You will have experience engaging candidates, supporting hiring managers, juggling multiple priorities and maintaining accurate, compliant records. You will be proactive, detail‑focused and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

You’ll also need to have:

  • Experience supporting full‑cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
  • Confidence using recruitment platforms, Linked In and professional networks to source talent.
  • The ability to craft clear, inclusive and effective job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills able to work well with candidates, hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Experience co‑ordinating interviews and managing candidate logistics.
  • A commitment to bias‑free, inclusive hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with GDPR requirements and accurate record‑keeping.
  • An interest in using AI and recruitment technology to improve efficiency.
