Experience and qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong experience in a customer-focused role combining technical proficiency with strong soft skills. You will be an effective communicator and able to work calmly in all situations, sometimes unassisted, whilst prioritising tasks based upon urgency and impact.

- Appetite for continuous learning and professional development and interest in exploring other team work areas
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building relationships with colleagues and project partners
- Efficient resolution of problems

- Good working knowledge of hardware and software applications – Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk and GIS applications would be advantageous
