React Native Developer – Contract – Outside IR35

We’re supporting our client in Edinburgh City Centre as they begin the first phase of an exciting greenfield product build, and we’re looking to engage several React Native Developers to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to get involved at the very start of a long-term programme of work, influence early technical decisions, and help shape a modern engineering culture.

• Build high-quality mobile features using React Native for a brand-new application.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Play a key role in defining architecture, tooling, and best practices from day one.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

• Strong practical experience with React Native and modern JavaScript & Type Script.
• Good understanding of mobile UI UX principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, state management, and common React Native libraries.
• Comfortable working remotely while joining the team on-site in Edinburgh when needed for meetings.
• Proven track record of delivering robust, production-ready code.

• Start date:
  
  5th January
• 3-month initial contract, with strong potential for extension as it’s a multi-phase build.
• Outside IR35.
• £300-£325 per day.
• Hybrid – primarily remote, with on-site presence in Edinburgh City Centre for key meetings.
