Due to continued growth and expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful IT projects.
Qualifications- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
- Experience with a variety of analysis techniques
- Demonstratable experience in designing operational processes
- Proven experience of Agile software development
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of service transition
- Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and documentation
- Exposure to Financial systems
- Ability to extract and interpret data using SQL queries to produce clear, actionable analysis
- Experience working as an IT Business Analyst within financial environments
