Join RSM UK’s Consulting Technical Team as a Consulting Technical Trainer, focusing on the development and delivery of training across our Risk and Governance solution.

• Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early career and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
• Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy and compliance with current standards.
• Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand professional networks.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
• Experience managing projects to ensure delivery of work within agreed time frames.
• Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
• CIA or ACA/CA qualification with good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
