Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of our global client an experienced Programme Manager to lead a major transformation project to implement the Aladdin Platform across our client’s organisation. This role is pivotal in delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives including Aladdin integration, attribution model enhancements, and historical data migration, aligning technology and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive integrated delivery plans across all P&A work streams
• Oversee governance, RAID management, and milestone tracking
• Engage senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners
• Ensure readiness for attribution and successful go-live

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep knowledge of investment performance measurement & attribution
• Experience with Aladdin, Fact Set Vault, and leading vendor platforms
• Proven track record in large-scale program management within investment management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
