Overview
We’re hiring for one of the most forward-thinking engineering teams in the legal tech space. This role is a chance to join a high-capability product engineering environment where you’ll lead large feature builds, shape engineering strategy, and get hands on with real AI workflow expansion used daily by global clients.
What you’ll be doing- Leading the design and delivery of medium to large features and projects
- Partnering closely with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and technical direction
- Driving engineering quality across squads and mentoring others
- Helping bring AI-powered capabilities across the wider platform
- Strong background in distributed systems and SaaS architecture
- Python and Typescript experience (Java or Go is a bonus)
- Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs or GraphRAG
- Understanding of modern Gen AI, LLM architecture and MLOps
- AWS serverless / Dev Ops experience
- Someone who enjoys ownership and influencing technical direction
Hybrid in Edinburgh. Full‑time. Mid‑Senior level. Information Technology, Information Services. Base pay range is negotiable based on skills and experience.
