Delivery Manager – Tech for Good (Edinburgh, Hybrid)

. Every day, their people, partners and customers contribute to creating a fairer, greener and more inclusive world. They’re now looking for a Delivery Manager to play a key role in a major, international digital transformation.

The opportunity

This role will focus on delivering a new Group Tech Ecosystem into the UK market
, as part of a wider Group‑wide Digital Transformation Programme. The UK is the first market to adopt the new ecosystem, making this a rare opportunity to shape how a modern technology platform is delivered, embedded and scaled.

You’ll work at the centre of delivery, closely aligned with Group Tech, Group Product and the Transformation Hub, helping turn strategy into reality.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating and owning a single, consolidated Value Stream delivery roadmap
  • Working with the Transformation Hub to manage enterprise‑wide RAID
    , ensuring high‑quality risk management
  • Driving operational readiness
    , release management and clear progress communication
  • Continuously improving delivery efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitating key events, including quarterly cross–Value Stream planning
