• Demonstrate technical leadership throughout testing projects to achieve exceptional outcomes within set timelines, maintaining a results‑driven approach.

• Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
• Support strategic planning and execution efforts per the department’s objectives, demonstrating a strong bias for action.
• Implement verification strategies tailored for ecosystem solutions, ensuring robust performance in diverse scenarios.
• Test advanced software systems to ensure compliance with system specifications and system interoperability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, engineering, system testing, or a related technical field.
• In‑depth understanding of architectures, protocols, and integrations within Audio Electronics / Communications.
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of complex systems.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments of diverse scope.
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues in live environments.
• Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
