Circa £83‑85k per annum

What We're Looking For
  • Hands‑on use of Figma every day
  • Deliver well‑structured, organised design files using the corporate design system
  • Translate product requirements into high‑quality UX designs
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers and Service Designers
  • Strong background in User Experience and Interaction Design, with a flair for Visual Design
  • Excellent prototyping and layout skills; articulate vision to both internal customers and development teams
  • Familiarity with complex landscapes, preferably within financial services
  • Collaborative mindset, ready to work with a multidisciplinary team
  • Advocacy for customer inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring designs are user‑friendly for all backgrounds and abilities
  • Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping software (Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe XD)
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research to inform design
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure designs meet specifications and are usable by a broad range of users
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Craft engaging end‑to‑end user experiences, utilising a central design system for a seamless journey
  • Bring designs to life with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Adobe XD
  • Balance business requirements with user needs, gathering insights from user research to align stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers and Service Designers
  • Support implementation through build and release, ensuring accurate execution alongside engineering teams
  • Advocate for customer inclusivity and accessibility, creating designs that cater to a diverse audience
