Internal Audit plays an important role in TSB. We are the third line of defence providing independent assurance over the risks faced by the bank. As Senior Audit Manager, your role will be to support the Head of Audit to develop and deliver the audit plan for our business functions.

You will also lead on the delivery of a portfolio of large and complex internal audits, providing subject matter expertise on IT Infrastructure and Cyber Risk, to provide reliable and independent assurance on the effectiveness of the control framework. You will demonstrate excellent judgement, be able to process complex information and produce insightful and clear oral and written reports.

• Experience operating as a senior audit manager in an internal or external audit capacity, or at an equivalent level with responsibility for assurance/oversight, and a strong understanding of audit methodology, tools and techniques.
• Expertise in operational risk (including technology, cyber and change risks), and payments, and a solid understanding of the retail banking sector including the regulatory environment and emerging technologies.
• Experience of leading, motivating, and coaching others to attain high standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A relevant audit qualification (CISA, CISSP, or similar)
