Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial Commercial Technology Partner seeking an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level with an outstanding firm?

You will be an established Partner with expertise in one or all of technology contracts, outsourcing, implementation projects, data, cybersecurity or general commercial work within the technology sector. This is a strategic hire to bolster the depth and breadth of this firm's technology practice.

You will lead the Edinburgh team and will be empowered to develop a team and get the most out of your practice as you progress through the equityship.

• Experience :
  An established Partner with a well-established client base and portable business. You will be expected to generate new business and manage relationships. A track record of winning new clients and maintaining existing relationships is essential.
• Core Skills :
  Extensive experience in commercial technology and data law, including technology contracts, outsourcing, technology implementation projects, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of IP and commercial law within technology sectors is a must.
• Leadership :
  Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proven capacity to support and develop junior members of the team. You should be ready to contribute to the wider growth of the practice and firm.
• Team Collaboration : A collaborative, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collegiate environment and is eager to contribute to the broader success of the firm.

• A strong client base and business development track record , either from a recognised technology practice or a specialist firm.
• Recognition in the market , including a solid reputation for technology law.
• A growth mindset , enthusiastic about expanding our practice and integrating into the broader business.
