• Data Governance Implementation  :
  Supportclientsinimplementingdatagovernanceanddataqualityframeworksalignedwith
  
  BCBS 239 andindustrybestpractices(DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).
• Regulatory Data Management :
  Contributetothedesignofriskdataaggregationandreportingprocessestomeet Basel III / IV COREP FINREP and stresstestingrequirements.
• Data Quality & Lineage :
  Deliverassessmentsandimprovementinitiativesfordataqualitylineage andmetadatamanagement.
• Transformation Delivery :
  Workacrossbusinessandtechnologyfunctionstodeliverpracticaldatasolutionsthatenhancereportingaccuracyandefficiency.
• Data Tooling :
  Contributetothedesign andimplementationofdatamanagementtoolsandplatformsincludingmetadatamanagementdataglossarieslineagequality andobservabilitysolutions. Supporttheexplorationandapplicationofinnovativetechnologiesand
  
  GenAItoimproveautomationandinsightwithindatagovernanceprocesses.
• Client Delivery :
  Manageworkstreamsandsmallteamsondatatransformationprojectsdeliveringhigh-qualityoutputsandensuringalignmentwithclientobjectives.
• Continuous Improvement :
  Stayabreastofemergingregulatoryandtechnologydevelopmentsaffectingdatamanagementinbanking.
• Change Management :
  Supportthedeliveryofbusinessanddatachangeinitiativeshelpingclientsaddresstechnicalchallengesandimplementeffectivesustainableimprovements.
• Client Relationships :
  Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclientteamscontributingtoaccountgrowthandclientsatisfactionthroughhigh-quality delivery

• Experience in data governance risk data or data transformation within banking.
• Working knowledge of BCBS 239 Basel III / IV and data governance frameworks (DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience in data management and transformation projects in risk finance or regulatory reporting contexts.
• Familiarity with data tools and technologies (e.g. Collibra Alteryx Power BI Informatica or SQL) preferred.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing deliverables and small project teams in a consulting environment preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data or related discipline.
• Exposure to cloud data architectures and modern analytics platforms.
• Understanding of AI automation and cloud data architectures in data management.
• Professional certifications in data management (e.g. DCAM DAMA-DMBOK CDMP) preferred.
