Role Overview

The Campervan Technician will maintain our fleet of campervans, ensuring they operate at the highest standards to enable memorable journeys for customers. This role supports our Edinburgh team and collaborates with the UKI & Nordics Regional Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct systematic inspections and diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system faults.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including:
    • Light bodywork repairs (e.g., spare parts replacement, windows, side mirrors)
    • Spare parts substitution and appliance troubleshooting
    • Coordinating repairs with external suppliers and regional teams
    • Maintaining vehicle information systems and depot equipment
  • Support depot operations:
    • Prepare vehicles and equipment for customers
    • Assist with reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs
    • Receive, store, and track shipments and consumables
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, automotive engineering or related program.
  • Minimum 1+ year of hands‑on mechanical and electrical repair experience (campervan experience a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • English proficiency and strong communication skills.
