We are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join our Scotland East team, based in Edinburgh. The main purpose of the Commercial Manager role is to manage the day‑to‑day commercial operations for the business with the assistance of the regional commercial team and support the Commercial Director with implementation of the commercial strategy.

• Oversee procurement of all necessary trades and materials to deliver regional forecast
• Carry out monthly commercial review of all current projects with each project surveyor.
• Preparation of monthly management report for review with Commercial Director.
• Ensure that all commercial and general Miller Group policies and procedures are complied with by the team.

• Extensive experience working in a senior Commercial role with a House builder
• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence the decision making process to meet business targets.
• Able to review and analyse information accurately.
• Knowledge and experience with software systems used within a Commercial role (Cognos/Anaplan and JDE desirable)
