Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 04:30pm

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and organised Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, schedule, and oversee refurbishment projects across domestic and commercial sites

* Coordinate and manage tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

* Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in project management within the construction or refurbishment sector

* Strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Knowledge of health and safety standards and building regulations

* A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results
