Your new role
As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services across the Edinburgh area. You'll manage a team of care professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage care teams to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with CQC and local authority standards
Monitor service performance and implement improvements
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff
Maintain accurate records and reporting
