We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will focus on managing the Delivery of a new Group Tech Ecosystem into the UK Market as part of a wider Digital Transformation Programme across the group of Lotteries, for a fixed term of 18-months. The UK is the first market within the Group to adopt the new Tech Ecosystem and this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in its Delivery.

key responsibilities
  • Coordinates the consolidation of one Value Stream delivery roadmap.
  • Works with the Transformation Hub to collate enterprise-wide RAID and ensures quality risk management for the Value Stream.
  • Coordinates operational readiness and communicates progress and release management for the Value Stream.
  • Drives improvements in delivery efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Facilitates events, including supporting quarterly cross-Value Stream planning.
Your qualities:
  • You're a team player with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
  • You have strong Leadership skills and are able to motivate and guide teams through the delivery journey.
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills and are able to communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on the programme goals.
  • You have experience working in large transformational programmes of work.
