The successful candidate will be passionate about using literature to support adults in community settings and will assist in the management and development of Open Book. With excellent communication and leadership skills, this role requires three years of relevant leadership experience. The Co-Director will work on key operations, with flexibility in working days and weekends accommodated for events.
