We have an opportunity to join a nationwide construction consultancy who are looking for a Senior Project Manager within their city centre Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout Scotland.

The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with, but not limited to, Commercial, Education. Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Local Authority and Residential projects.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

Previous experience within a construction consultancy is essential
MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM Accredited
Strong business acumen
Pre-contract experience would be beneficial
Full Driving License
Solid technical delivery experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A comprehensive knowledge of NEC3 and 4 building contracts.

On offer for the Senior Project Manager

This position offers a fiercely competitive market salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 which can be negotiated depending on experience, project exposure, fantastic opportunity for career progression plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance.
