Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our CIRCM Repairs Contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with customers and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the repairs programme, including progress, material requirements, customer expectations, and subcontractor progress.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the agreed statement of work.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.
  • Report progress regularly to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across all project activities.
  • Prepare bid estimates for future contracts and work with the cost‑estimating team for proposal creation.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Relevant project management experience or understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and cost control.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
