We're looking for an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Manager to lead our Edinburgh site, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our customers and support the growth of our talented team.
The RoleAs our Bodyshop Manager, you ll take full responsibility for the site s success - driving performance, managing operations, and leading the team to exceed expectations. You ll balance commercial focus with people-first leadership, creating a workplace where your team feels valued, motivated, and equipped to deliver outstanding quality.
Key Responsibilities- Drive site performance to achieve and exceed financial targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team, building a culture of excellence.
- Manage recruitment, retention, and staff development to maintain a strong, skilled workforce.
- Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers.
- Uphold and promote Steer Edinburgh s values of excellence, innovation, and integrity.
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
- Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills.
- Excellent people leadership - from recruitment through to development and retention.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Passionate about customer service and consistently high-quality work.
