We are seeking a motivated and responsible Mobile Area Supervisor to join our team in the Edinburgh / Glasgow area. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.

• Supervise and manage cleaning teams across various sites within your designated area.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, assess cleaning needs, and resolve any issues.
• Ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time frame and meet company standards.
• Manage inventory on each site, ensuring that cleaning supplies are appropriately stocked and used efficiently.
• Support the training and development of the cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities management or cleaning services is preferred.
• Full, clean driving license (company van provided).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
