Counterbalance FLT Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Driver roles based near Broxburn . This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team. Shifts
• Monday to Thursday – 6:30AM to 4:00PM
• Friday – 6:30AM to 3:30PM Rates of Pay • £13.00 per hour Benefits
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing, long-term work (temp-to-perm contract)
• Fixed weekday shift pattern – no weekend work
• Supportive training and onboarding
• Clean and safe working environment Day-to-Day Duties
• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Moving pallets across the site
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Experience using an FLT in a fast-paced environment
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to support operational needs

Desirable Experience
• Experience working with large or loose products
• Background in food or industrial manufacturing
• Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachments Training Provided
