A leading food manufacturer in Edinburgh seeks a Mechanical Engineer to perform proactive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the food industry. Responsibilities include conducting planned maintenance, modifications, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
