We are looking for the next generation of ambitious PR professionals who would like to join us and work with top brands, delivering creative PR, influencer and social media communications campaigns for our brilliant clients.

You’ll be a creative problem solver, who stops at nothing to deliver results, but all while being kind, building great relationships and leaving the world in a better place. This role will provide support to the teams working mainly in consumer brands and major events, but wider client accounts may feature in the mix.

You will also spend some of your time supporting the wider sales and marketing plans for the business.

Joining a close-knit team, you’ll be equally happy rolling your sleeves up and making great things happen for our clients and the agency, whilst also working closely with colleagues to share ideas and deliver work together. You’ll have excellent levels of attention to detail and not be afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver results.

This is a 6 month traineeship initially, with the option to apply for a permanent role at the end based on performance and business needs.

We anticipate this role being 3 days (Tues‑Thurs) per week in our Edinburgh office to give you the best opportunity to learn from colleagues, but we're open to hearing from exceptional candidates who require less office contact time.

Candidates need to be available to start by January 2027 and must already have the right to work in the UK.

This role is paid at Real Living Wage rates for 32 hours per week for the first six months.

Thursday 19th November - shortlisted candidates contacted and invited to complete short online assessment with 72 hour deadline/turnaround

Monday 23rd November - candidates shortlisted from online stage will receive invitation to in-person assessment centre

Wednesday 25th November - assessment centre in Edinburgh (please advise at application stage if you will be unable to attend this and we can look at potential alternative options)
