NASUWT Scotland is seeking an organised individual to join the Scotland National Centre team, working with lay officers and staff to grow the Union’s strength across Scotland. You will actively engage with members and employers in school environments, identifying organising and campaigning opportunities.
You will recruit, train and mentor new members, workplace representatives and lay officers, contributing to a movement that supports teachers and school leaders.
