Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding nursing care to children and young people Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide support, education, and reassurance to families and carers Monitor and assess patient progress, responding to changes promptly Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records Requirements:
