We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality tree care solutions to a diverse range of clients, from small private projects to large‑scale contracts. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced climbing Arborist to join our highly motivated professional dynamic team.

As a climbing arborist, you will be an essential part of our daily arboricultural operations, contributing to the successful completion of various tree works across urban and woodland settings. You will be a dynamic team player with excellent operational awareness and a strong commitment to Health & Safety and WFH protocols, essential in maintaining our comprehensive safety standards.

• Operate company vehicles and use & maintain arboricultural equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure time reliability and professional performance.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety RAMS & POWRA.
• Promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Utilise smartphone‑based operating systems to report work activity accurately.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Arboriculture; a full driving licence is essential; trailer licence desirable.
• Relevant NPTC qualifications including CS30 (201/202), CS31 (203), CS38 (206), CS39 (306/308).
• An Arb qualification or willingness to progress with a recognised qualification would be desirable.
• Strong commitment to hard work, reliability, and safety.
• Willingness to undergo further training and career development within the industry.
