This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Edinburgh for a Property Surveyor. The Property Surveyor will conduct property inspections, assess value, report to clients, prepare marketing details, carry out marketing campaigns, arrange viewings, negotiate property transactions, provide advice on lease events including lease renewals and rent reviews. The role involves working collaboratively to contribute to the success of clients’ property strategies, ensuring high‑quality results and value addition.

• Hands‑on experience in surveying, inspecting properties and report writing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of professional surveying practices and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Relevant degree in surveying or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail or leisure property projects is a plus.
