• Serve as the face of the restaurant, providing friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Control the flow of the dining area and communicate with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage in shift patterns that are busiest during evenings and weekends; hours and contracted hours are discussed during the interview.
• Assist with maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of customer service and learning new skills on the job.
• Participate in internal development and progression opportunities toward an F&B Management role.

• Experience is not a deal breaker, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
