Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Qualifications: 7061 & 7062 or equivalent qualifications (Chef degree desirable)
• PVG Required
• Proven experience in professional kitchens
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to adapt to different working environments and Cuisines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality dishes.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness.
• Use appropriate cooking utensils and equipment.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations and food safety standards.
• Ensure all required products are stocked and available.
