• Maintaining skills and product knowledge.
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team.
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings.
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Ordering & stock management proficiency.
• Passion for cocktails and developing drink offerings.
• Strong decision‑making capabilities.
• Drive the Six by Nico culture.
• Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
• Key holder responsibilities.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

• At least 1‑2 years previous experience in bartending.
• Cocktail making experience.
• Enthusiasm for all things bartending.
• Confidence in a busy, high‑end environment.
